Awards for All
The Big Lottery Fund has announced that its maximum grant will increase from £5,000 to £10,000. At the same time the minimum grant that an applicant can apply for will be lowered from £500 to £300. Awards for All supports small scale community based projects that promote arts and education, encourage healthier living, develop local sports, support heritage initiatives and boost community activities.
The total amount of funding available through the Awards for All programme in 2006-07 was £60 million. Applications to the Awards for All programme can be made at any time. Web www.awardsforall.org.uk/england∞
