Hello there, I run the British Archaeological Jobs & Resources website, BAJR and co-run the Past Horizons group, that between them deal with both commercial and volunteer archaeology in the UK and around the world.

I have been an archaeologist for over 25 years, and am more and more keen to ensure that community archaeology is pushed to the fore. To aid people, we have created sections on both websites to help people find sites, organisations, funds, courses, useful information and full lists of contractors, curators, local history centres and more. We also have guides and documents for everything from using GPS to aerial photography and field survey to battlefields.
