China has the second greatest number of Internet users in the world, behind only the United States, and its Internet industry is one of the worlds fastest-growing. Furthermore, its buoyant economy is difficult to ignore. Annually millions are put into its relatively affluent middle class. Youd be surprised at just how many Chinese could read English they are small compared to total populace, but large in number.
