Members receive two newsletters each year, in the Spring and Autumn, together with notices of our meetings.
Articles submitted for consideration for publication should be short, factual, and approximately 250 words in length. Articles may be edited. Please include phone numbers of contact persons mentioned in articles as well as the name and phone number of person(s) submitting articles. Include the date, day of the week, and any associated costs for any upcoming event.
Electronic photos and graphs should be in and sent as separate files. All images require captions and should be submitted in high resolution. All credit and caption information must be noted in the forwarding attachment for the photo or illustration. It is essential that rights issues be resolved prior to submission.
Items for publication in the newsletter should be provided to the Editor by 15 March for the Spring edition and 15 August for the Autumn edition. Email submissions are preferred.
