Booking your place on the conference couldn't be easier, through the use of the CBA online shop.
The Council for British Archaeology's Online Shop is available at:
www.britarch.ac.uk/shop/
All bookings and payment must be recieved by August 22nd 2008.
You can either book a place for the whole conference including accomodation and meals ("Full Attendance") or you can book conference registration with or without accommodation or evening meals for each day of the conference ("Individual Day Rates").
Please note: the conference accommodation is now full. We are still taking bookings for conference attendance but you will need to find alternative accommodation (see below) the online shop and pdf booking forms have been changed to reflect this.
The full attendance rate is slightly discounted over the individual day rates as there is less administration involved. If you are a member of the Council for British Archaeology you can also get a discount on the conference registration fees (you will need your membership number which can be found at the top of all correspondence from the CBA)*.
*Those buying membership online at the same time as booking a place on the conference will be entitled to the membership discount.
Conference speakers should see the "information for speakers" page before booking their place on the conference.
Should you do choose to find your own accommodation (or if you already live close to York), you are welcome to join the other delegates for the evening meal - just check the "Evening Meal Only" option when booking your place through the online shop.
Details of how to find alternative accommodation in York are provided on the "Accommodation" page.
If your employer is paying and you cannot book with a credit/debit card online then please contact us by email at: educationconference@britarch.ac.uk to request a pdf booking form which you can fill in and post back to us, or down load the form from the download area of the website.
