What are news feeds and how do I use them?

News feeds, sometimes described as ‘RSS’ feeds, allow you to see when websites have added new content. You can find out about the latest news, changes and updates as soon as they are published, without having to keep visiting the website to find out what’s new by using a feed aggregator program, an online aggregator service, or functionality built in to your web browser.
