The enthusiasm indicated by these results is almost overwhelming. There is a large demand for nearly all the kinds of information that HEIRs currently produce and some that are just burgeoning. Area searches, indexes, images, and maps are all common elements of HEIRs and the results here show that future HEIRs cannot go wrong in their decisions on what types of information to provide or how to provide it. Graphics, tours, and visitor information do notably poorer overall. Meanwhile, large indices and area searches are considered less useful for finding information than their smaller counterparts.
