CBA North West AGM

The Spring meeting and AGM of CBA North West will be held on Saturday 16 May in the village hall at Brindle, near Chorley, and will be devoted to the archaeology of central Lancashire.

Among the talks will be one on the Tudor palace-fortress at Lathom, built by Thomas Stanley, and one on eighteen years’ work at Whalley abbey. There will also be a chance at lunchtime to explore this historic village and its parish church. For more details and to download a programme and booking form, go to the the CBA NW meetings page.
