Please ensure your email address is valid, as you will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and also if paying by credit/debit card that all information is correct and that you include your card verification number, otherwise your order will be delayed until the correct information is received.
No orders will be despatched until payment has been received in full.
Please allow 28 days for delivery. All overseas mailings are sent by airmail.
NB: Due to a systems upgrade beginning Monday 19th October 2009, there will be an additional delay in processing orders. Your patience is appreciated.
