Sessions and events coming up

Saturday 25th of September

Field walking!

Vale of Glamorgan

For the next session, a little later in the month than usual, we're hoping to join the Glamorgan-Gwent Archaeological Trust for a day's field-walking activity in the Vale of Glamorgan.

The activity will run for most of the day, but you can join in when and for as long as it suits you.

Current members should receive further details by email or a letter. New members should contact us if they wish to come along to the session.

Remember to wear your wellies, as fieldwalking will probably be muddy, and come prepared for the weather, as we will be outdoors.

Sessions coming up include:

  • Saturday 16th of October - Archery!

  • Other Events Coming Up In South Wales

    Events at Caerleon

  • Cardiff University have a team of Archaeologists excavating new discoveries at Caerleon Roman fort. You can visit the excavation from now until late September.
  • There are also several other events taking place in the National Roman Legion Museum in Caerleon, including an Arthurian Quest.
  •
