The Great Escape!

The Hub – Tondu – 10am to 12 noon

 

This year sees the 65th anniversary of The Great Escape on March 11th 1945, from Island Farm Prisoner of War Camp in Bridgend.

Richard Williams of the Glamorgan Home Guard will be coming along, with a few special guests, to tell us about the camp and the escape.

 

Sessions coming up include:

  • Saturday 17th of April - Finds Conservation
  • Saturday 15th of May - D-Day!
